Prices

Prices shown are per person and include VAT and everything the tour page lists as included. There are no booking fees.

Payment

Full payment at the time of booking. Until online booking opens, places are held by WhatsApp or telephone and paid on the day.

Cancelling

Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time and you are refunded in full. Inside 24 hours there is no refund: the cast has been called and the venue booked.

No right of withdrawal

Leisure services with a specific performance date are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal by article 103.l of the Spanish consumer act (TRLGDCU). The 24-hour cancellation above is our own policy and is better than the law requires.

If we cancel

If we cancel for any reason — too few bookings, illness, a genuine weather risk — you choose between another date and a full refund. We tell you as early as we can.

Turning up late

The tour leaves on time. If you miss the start we cannot refund you, but call us: if the group is still nearby we will get you to it.

Group size

Each walk publishes its own cap on its page: ten on the Gràcia walk, fifteen on Gaudí comes alive and twenty on the rest. Twenty is also the ceiling for a private booking. In Ciutat Vella that twenty is set by district decree; elsewhere it is our own.
